Forgotten your password

Nivaas does not send email or texts, so nothing will arrive on your phone or in your inbox. Tell us who you are and we will put it in front of whoever can reset it: your hostel if you live in one, otherwise your hostel’s owner or the Nivaas operator. They will pass you a new one.

Your hostel is told and gives you a one-time password, usually the same day.
